Entree

Each option is designed to serve any desired number of portions. Choose your service type. From a full plated dinner service to buffet style or as round the world food stations. Your wish is our command. Vegan & vegetarian options available upon request.

Ckn/Beef Fajitas

Includes rice, beans, salsa, guacamole, tortillas and chips.

Enchiladas

Option of cheese, chicken, beef and includes rice, beans, salsa and chips.

Mini Tacos

Option of asada or pastor and includes beans, salsa and chips.

Roast Chicken

Whole chicken seasoned with olive oil and spices then roasted to perfection. Includes rolls and choice of 2 sides.

Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon seasoned with olive oil and spices. Includes rolls and choice of 2 sides.

Beef Lasagna

Layers of pasta, 3 cheese medley, and meat sauce. Includes garlic bread and choice of 1 side.

Pork Ribs

 Tasty, twice baked ribs with BBQ sauce.  Includes rolls and choice of 2 sides.

Sides

Buttered corn, corn on cob, brocolli, green beans, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, roasted root veggies


Salads

Vegan and vegetarian options available upon request.

Greek

Romaine, feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onions, bell pepper and a balsalmic dressing.

Southwest

Iceburg and romaine lettuce, corn, black beans, tomatoes, red onion, shredded cheese, tortilla strips and a cilantro lime dressing.

oriental

Romaine and Nappa cabbage, shredded carrots, edamame, snow peas, peanuts, green onion and a chili peanut dressing.

garden

Field greens, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, croutons and ranch or italian dressing.

harvest

Spring mix, spinach, apples, pecans, dried cranberries, blue cheese, bacon and apple dijon vinaigrette.

BBQ

Throughout the years Chef Rudy has perfected mesquite smoked BBQ. You will not taste a more authentic, South Texas flavor. Weekends only.

All orders must be placed 2 weeks before scheduled delivery. A 50% retainer fee is required for all parties of 20 or more. All invoices must be paid in full within 1 week of service/delivery date. Delivery fees TBD. 18% event production fee with every order.
